General

Are quotes free?

Yes. We walk the yard, talk about what you want and give you a clear price with no obligation.

Do you offer recurring maintenance?

Yes. We set up a schedule (weekly, every two weeks or monthly) and take care of trimming, weeds, cleanup and irrigation checks every visit.

Do you do landscape design and installation?

Yes: pavers, artificial turf, rock, sod, plants, irrigation and water features, from a single project to a full yard makeover.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. We maintain and install landscapes for HOAs, property managers, offices and retail, with walkthroughs and written bids.

What areas do you serve?

The Pinal County area, including Coolidge, Casa Grande, Florence, San Tan Valley and Queen Creek. Enter your ZIP code in the service-area checker to confirm.

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need access to the yard and a water spigot if the job calls for it. We let you know when we are on the way and when we are done.

Yard Cleanup

How long does a yard cleanup take?

Most residential cleanups take a few hours to a day, depending on the size of the yard and how overgrown it is. Your quote includes the timing.

Do you haul away the debris?

Yes. Everything we cut or pull is loaded up and taken away.

Can you keep it clean after?

Yes. Ask about a maintenance plan: we come on a set schedule so the yard never gets out of hand again.

Lawn Care

How often should my lawn be mowed?

In the growing season, most lawns need mowing every week or two. We set the schedule to your grass and the time of year.

Do you bag the clippings?

We can bag or mulch them. Mulched clippings feed the lawn; we bag when the grass is long or you prefer it.

Tree & Shrub Trimming

When is the best time to trim trees?

It depends on the tree. Most do best when pruned in their dormant season, while dead or dangerous branches should come off any time. We will tell you what is right for your trees.

Do you remove trees?

Yes, and we quote removals per tree based on size and access.

Weed Control

What is pre-emergent?

A treatment applied to the ground that stops weed seeds from sprouting. Applied at the right times of year, it cuts down on weeds a lot.

Is it safe for pets?

We use products labeled for residential use and tell you when the area is safe for kids and pets.

Irrigation Repair & Installation

How do I know if my irrigation has a leak?

Soggy spots, puddles, plants dying in one area or a higher water bill are common signs. We check the whole system and fix what we find.

Can you add irrigation to a new landscape?

Yes. We design drip and sprinkler zones as part of the project so every plant gets the right water.

Paver Installation

How long does a paver patio take?

Most residential patios and walkways take a few days, depending on size and access. Your quote includes a schedule.

Can you help with HOA approval?

Yes. We can put together the plan, plant list and materials your HOA asks for, and we schedule the work once it is approved.

Artificial Turf Installation

Is artificial turf good for dogs?

Yes. Pet turf with a draining base lets urine pass through, and rinsing keeps it fresh.

Does turf get hot?

Turf in full sun gets warmer than grass. Lighter colors, cooling infill and a quick rinse help; we can show you options.

Rock & Gravel Landscaping

How much rock do I need?

It depends on the area and the depth. We measure during the walkthrough and include it in the quote.

Can you help with HOA approval?

Yes. We can put together the plan, plant list and materials your HOA asks for, and we schedule the work once it is approved.

Sod Installation

When can I walk on new sod?

Light foot traffic after about two weeks, once it has rooted. We will tell you what to expect.

Plant Services

Can you replace dead plants?

Yes. We remove dead plants, check why they died (often water) and replace them with something that will do well in that spot.

Landscape Waterfalls

What is a pondless waterfall?

A waterfall or stream that drains into a hidden underground basin, so you get the sound of water without an open pond to maintain.

Planters & Raised Garden Beds

How tall should a raised bed be?

Most are 12 to 24 inches. Taller beds are easier on your back; we will help you pick.

Natural Landscaping Design

Will a water-wise yard look bare?

No. With the right mix of plants, textures and rock it looks full and natural, and it stays that way with less work.

Can you help with HOA approval?

Yes. We can put together the plan, plant list and materials your HOA asks for, and we schedule the work once it is approved.

Commercial Landscape Maintenance

Do you work with property management companies?

Yes. We work with property managers and owners, provide written bids and keep one point of contact through the contract.

Can you work around business hours?

Yes. We schedule visits when they least affect customers and tenants.

HOA & Community Landscaping

Can you present a bid to our board?

Yes. We provide a written scope, price and schedule your board can review.

Commercial Landscape Installation

Do you bid from plans?

Yes. Send plans and specs, or we can walk the property and propose a scope.
